Our role
Orbit Education is an education consultancy. We prepare and submit applications, and advise on documentation. Admission decisions belong to universities, and visa decisions belong to embassies. No consultancy can guarantee either.
Fees
Your first counseling session is free. Any service charge is explained in writing and agreed before work begins. University application fees, visa fees, medical fees, and translation charges are set by third parties and paid directly by you.
Your responsibilities
The information and documents you give us must be accurate and genuine. Submitting a false document to a university or embassy can lead to a long-term ban, and we will end our service immediately if we find one.
Refunds
Where a service charge covers work that has not yet been performed, it is refundable. Fees already paid to a university, embassy, or testing body are not refundable by us.
Communication
We reply to enquiries within one working day. Office hours are Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday, 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page at the time you engage us is the one that applies.
