What we collect
When you send an enquiry, submit an application, book an appointment, or subscribe, we store the name, email address, phone number, and any details you type into the form. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address for spam prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your application, and keep a record of the advice given. If you become a client, the same record becomes your application file.
Who can see it
Only Orbit Education counselors and administrators. We share your documents with a university or embassy only when it is necessary to process an application you have asked us to submit, and only with your knowledge.
Analytics
We record which pages are viewed on this website using our own database. There are no third-party advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for two years. Application files are kept for five years after the file is closed, because visa and university queries can arrive long after a decision.

Write to study.orbiteducation@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. Subscribers can unsubscribe from any email we send.
